EUCHARISTIC / ADORATION
“The power of the words and the action of Christ, and the power of the Holy Spirit, make sacramentally present under the species of bread and wine Christ’s body and blood, his sacrifice offered on the cross once for all” (1353). “By this sacrament,” the Catechism says, “we unite ourselves to Christ, who makes us sharers in his body and blood to form a single body” (1331).

The Eucharistic Ministry’s goal is to facilitate parishioners of all ages to meet Jesus in a personal encounter in the Holy Eucharist at Mass and at Adoration. They strive to help people develop a deep, intimate relationship with our Lord in the Liturgy as well as in their daily prayer life. Jesus Christ may then become and continue to be the Source and Summit of their lifelong Catholic Faith.
If you would like to be a part of this ministry and assist them and Fr. Charles in the parish’s greater devotion to the Eucharist, please contact Jane Reece at [email protected]. |
