COVID-19

Vaccine Information for New Hampshire

Are you 65+, a New Hampshire resident, and haven't yet registered for your COVID-19 vaccination?
Do you have medical conditions that qualify you for Phase 1b of the state's vaccine rollout?

Register by phone: You can phone 2-1-1 to pre-register for a vaccine appointment.
  • If you do NOT provide an email address over the phone, they can do the entire registration process for you.  No computer is needed for this option.
  • If you provide an email address over the phone, be prepared, because the second part of the appointment sign-up will be via email and a CDC website called VAMS.

Register by email:  If you have email and feel comfortable signing up online, you can visit https://vaccines.nh.gov and click REGISTER NOW.  You can do this from your cell phone or computer.
  • Read instructions carefully, watch for those emails, and keep your VAMS password in a safe place.  You'll need it to schedule the second vaccination appointment after you've had the first.

Check if you qualify:  If you want to check if you qualify for Phase 1b, you may visit https://vaccines.nh.gov and click DO I QUALIFY?
  • Not 65 yet, but meet qualifying medical conditions for Phase 1b?  You will be directed to contact your doctor's office as they will need to initiate your registration.

Can my spouse and I share an appointment?  You can schedule one appointment for two qualifying family members ages 65 and up, but you will both need to pre-register.
  • Use one email address and link one of the pre-registrations to the other where asked, and you will only get one CDC appointment email.  The second family member will then be allowed as a pre-registered 'walk-on' when you arrive for the appointment.  You can also set this up via the phone-only option.
  • This option may not work if you have differing allergy or medical conditions.
  • To avoid sharing an appointment, just use two different emails and don't link the pre-registrations, and you'll get two separate appointments.

Need more help?
If you or someone you know would like assistance with registration or transportation for a vaccination appointment, please contact the church office and they can put you in touch with parishioners who can help.
  • The website noted above and 2-1-1 will continue to provide updated information as New Hampshire moves through the different phases of this process.
  • If you would like to sign up to meet with a parishioner who can help you get started with online pre-registration before the 4pm mass on Saturday February 13, please call the church office to reserve a time.  (You will still need computer or email access afterwards to complete the online process.)
